This grade is also well suited for post-processing techniques such as flanging, welding, blow molding and turning. Processing suggestion EverFlon ®PTFE F500 is extruded using liquid processing AIDS such as naphtha. During the paste extrusion process, the powder is mixed with a lubricating agent and then compressed under light pressure (1.5-2.0 MPa[220-290 psi]) into a cylindrical pre-formed bad material.
