Calcined bauxite is produced by sintering/calcining with natural bauxite ore of low iron, low alkali at temperatures of 1600 - 1800 degree Celsius in the rotary kiln or round kiln through pre-heationg, calcination, cooling and other processes. During Calcining, it can be removed impurities and improving the content of alumina. Refractory grade bauxite has high refractoriness, good mechanical strength and moderate slag resistance. Therefore calcined bauxite is one of the most important raw materials for the production of shaped and unshaped refractories for the steel industry, foundries, glass and cement plants.
Ribbon Fish (Lepturacanthus savala) A pelagic fish they are named so because of their slim shape. The Ribbonfish has a long compressed body which is tape-like and has a short head. There is no anal fin and the dorsal fin extends till the tail of the fish. The pectoral fins of the ribbon fish are small while the pelvic fins may comprise of one ray only. If there is a caudal fin present than it has two fascicles of rays out of which the upper one is prolonged and moving outwards. In some of the young ribbon fishes, the fin rays are quite elongated and they are often accompanied by appendages. Specimens of the ribbon fish have been found in the Atlantic, the Mediterranean, the Bay of Bengal, at Mauritius, and in the Pacific. In England, the north Atlantic species has been given the name dealfish. The length of the ribbon fish may range from 5 to 8 feet but occasionally it may reach up to a size of 20 feet. Also called the cuttles these molluscs fall under the order of Sepiida. They are known for having an internal shell which goes by the name the cuttlebone. Their distinctive feature is the presence of large W shaped pupils, two tentacles and eight arms. These tentacles have suckers using which they trap their prey and hold it tightly. Their Average size ranges from 15-20 centimetres though the longest variety seen went up to a length of 50 centimetres. The diet of a cuttlefish includes other cuttlefish, shrimps, molluscs, crab and octopus. The average life expectancy of the cuttlefish is between one to two years and their predators are sharks, dolphins, seals, fishes etc. Similar to other molluscs these also have abundant stores of ink in their bodies. This ink is released when these fish are supposedly attacked. The cuttlefish ink is used for multiple purposes like making the food sweet, flavour rice and pasta, and for dyeing plastics and other materials. Cuttlefish also have a camouflage facility which they use to change the colour of their skin. This trick is aptly used to hunt and scare their prey and attack them. In some places, people also refer to it as the King prawn or the Pacific White Shrimp. On the outset, the Vannamei Shrimp can grow to a total length of 230 mm. The length of its carapace only grows to 90 mm. The adult white leg shrimps are found in the sea at a depth of around 72 metres and the young ones can be seen thronging the estuaries. Furnace oil, also known as fuel oil or heating oil, is a heavy petroleum-based product primarily used in industrial furnaces and boilers to generate heat. It's a residual product obtained after refining crude oil, making it one of the heavier products from the distillation process. Primary Characteristics: Appearance: Viscous liquid, typically dark brown or black. Odor: Distinctive petroleum-based aroma. Density: Heavier compared to light distillates like gasoline and diesel. Sulfur Content: Can vary, but certain grades have a high sulfur content. Specifications: The quality and grade of furnace oil are often specified by standards such as ISO or regional standards. It's typically classified by its viscosity and sulfur content. Applications: Industrial Heating: Used in large furnaces, kilns, and boilers in various industries. Power Generation: Some power plants operate on furnace oil, especially during peak demand or when other fuels are unavailable. Marine: Older ships and certain marine vessels use furnace oil as a bunker fuel. Advantages: Cost-Effective: Often cheaper than other fuel types, especially in regions with abundant refineries. High Energy Content: Its dense nature means it carries a significant amount of energy per unit. Availability: Commonly available due to the vast global crude oil refining processes.
Not all teas are made equally. Teas are available in different forms with a wide price range and methods of consumption. Some teas have more aroma than the others, or you might find some teas easier to steep than the others. Tea leaves are graded differently. The whole leaves and some broken leaves are the ones that are being packaged as specialty teas. Specialty tea is a high-grade premium loose-leaf tea. These are considered as high in quality tea leaves. The whole tea leaf is the type of tea leaf that can be used for multiple infusion and take the longest time to infuse. The broken tea leaves that are large enough are also considered in making specialty tea because it preserves its high quality. In fact, some broken leaf is better than a few whole leaf teas. Now add natural real flavors, whether fruity or flowery or other, to these specialty teas, and you end with an exquisite tea with natural flavors and colors that can change moods and move hearts. MOQ: 5 MT Supplied from India or Sri Lanka.
