Kairali minerals engaged in offering to our clients a wide range of Quartz Minerals. They are extensively used in the manufacturing of glass sheets & containers, ceramics, welding rods and fiber glass. They are fabricated as per the defined industry standards; these are also checked on defined industry parameters. They are accessed at cost effective price. Quartz is the most abundant and most common mineral on the earth. It is found in almost every geological environment and also it is at least a component of almost every rock type. It has a hexagonal crystal structure and is made of trigonal crystallized silica. It is most varied in terms of varieties, colors and forms. The most important distinction between the types of quartz is that one is of macrocrystalline, which is individual crystal visible to the unaided eye, and the other is microcrystalline or cryptocrystalline varieties, aggregates of crystals visible only under high magnification. Chalcedony is the generic term-for crypto crystalline quartz. The transparent variety tends to be macro crystalline and the crypto crystalline varieties are either translucent or mostly opaque.
B grade quartz: Quartz lumps with one or more sides contaminated with iron oxidation marks, clay, etc. The powder is passed through high intensity magnets before packaging.
A grade quartz: Quartz lumps with clean white / translucent sides and negligible physical impurities, with a silica percentage of around 98% or higher. The powder is passed through high intensity magnets before packaging.
This fine dust is collected during the processing of the mineral, which is stored in the bag filters and cyclones. It may be suitable for the paint, ceramics, road-markings, glass, cement, fertilizers and other industries.

Application of Silica Flour : Silica Flour has a variety of applications, including: 1. Used as cleaning products 2. Additives for soap, toothpaste and paint 3. Filling and reinforcing rubber, plastic, paper, and road surface materials (asphalt) 4. Used in pharmaceutical products 5. Used in casting and glass production 6. For the production of ceramics, tiles, porcelain, and clay 7. Used in making bricks, concrete, and cement 8. Production of cosmetics and skin care products 9. To increase the cement strength of oil wells (in combination with refractory cement) In addition to the above, Silica Flour is used in conjunction with industrial raw products such as calcium carbonate, and limestone. The most common uses of silica powder are in the following cases: 1. Production of glass and clay 2. Use in oil wells 3. Production of construction materials 4. Production of ceramics 5. Fiberglass production 6. Use as an additive
