Specifications Products : Ground Calcium Carbonate Use ; Industrial Use Color : White Form : Powder Packing Type : Plastic Bags Packing Size : 50kgs Purity : 90-99% Whiteness : 88 - 96% Ground Calcium Carbonate Calcium Carbonate is composed of the crystalline mineral, calcite, which occurs naturally in the form of chalk, marble, dolomite or lime stone. Chalk is formed by shells of Nanofossils that is a fine micro crystalline material. Other forms of calcite are also of biogenic origin but more compacted than chalk. Marble deposits are limestone changed by crystallization under conditions of extreme heat and pressure. In some cases, is process yields pure marble of exceptional whiteness. Good quality marble and dolomite deposits are available in the state of Rajasthan (India). High quality stones are manually selected at the mines and after its purity tests, these are sent to the processing centre. During the process the stones are washed to remove impurities. These stones are crushed and grinded as per the customers' requirement. The powder is further processed to micronize varying micron size up to 5 microns top cut. After micronizing it is subject to a process of unique surface coating with fatty acids or suitable coupling agents. The coated products become hydrophobic which increase the compatibility with polymers and other organic based Additives. The processing techniques at PEEKAY MINERALS ensures consistent quality, control of top-cut and average particle size and freedom from impurities at pocket friendly costs. On demand at PKM coated Ground Calcium Carbonate is made available. Coating with Stearic acid or Titanates coupling agent is being carried as per choice of end users. Application: Paints & Powder coatings Paper & Boards Printing Inks PP, LLDPE and LDP compounds PVC master batches and compound Features: Free from impurities Less Reactive Good dispersion Unique particle size Improved brightness and opacity Good Mechanical and flow properties

Product Description Calcium formate is an organic substance with molecular formula of c2h2o4ca. It is used as feed additive. It is suitable for all kinds of animals. It has the effects of acidification, mildew prevention and antibacterial. It is also used in concrete, mortar additive, leather tanning or as preservative in industry. Calcium Formate uses 1.As a new feed additive. Feeding calcium formate to gain weight and using calcium formate as feed additive for piglets can promote animal appetite and reduce the rate of diarrhea. 2.Used in construction. Fast setting agent, lubricant and early strength agent for cement. It is used in building mortar and various concrete to accelerate the hardening speed of cement and shorten the setting time. Especially in winter construction, it can avoid too slow setting speed at low temperature. Demoulding is fast, so that the strength of cement can be improved and put into use as soon as possible
Used in the production of acetylene gas, polyvinyl chloride, lime nitrogen, dicyandiamide, iron and steel desulfurizer, etc., used in electronics industry, teaching reagents. Calcium carbide is used for chemical production accounts for about 60%, and the remaining 40% is used for metal welding and cutting. Using calcium carbide as raw material can produce a series of chemical products, such as PVC resin, polyvinyl alcohol, vinyl acetate, neoprene rubber, butanol, octanol, tricyanoethylene, tetracyanoethylene, acetaldehyde, acetylene carbon black, lime nitrogen, etc.
Product Description Product: EcoGrow Calcium Nitrate Granules: Sustainable Crop Nourishment Molecular formula: 5Ca(NO3)2â?¢NH4â?¢NO3â?¢10H2O Molecular weight: 1080.71 Description: Some essential characteristics: 1. Balanced nutrient content: CAN contains a combination of nitrogen (present in nitrate and ammonium forms) and calcium in suitable proportions, providing both macronutrients critical for plant nutrition. This balance is crucial for maximizing nutrient availability and utilization by plants. 2. High solubility: CAN readily dissolves in water, ensuring quick nutrient availability to plants. This solubility allows for faster absorption by crop root systems and availability in the soil solution, resulting in efficient and rapid nutrient uptake. 3. pH effects: CAN is a moderately acidic fertilizer product, which can help in neutralizing overly alkaline soils. This characteristic also aids in enhancing nutrient availability to plants, as certain nutrients are more readily accessible in slightly acidic soil conditions. 4. Controlled-release properties: The nitrogen component in CAN is released gradually over a period of time, contributing to extended availability and sustained nutrient supply throughout the plant's growth stages. This controlled-release feature minimizes losses due to leaching, volatilization, or denitrification and improves fertilizer efficiency. 5. Convenient handling and storage: CAN is a stable fertilizer product, with no particular handling or storage precautions needed. It can be easily blended with other fertilizer materials and remains physically stable over time, ensuring convenience in logistics and application processes. 6. Environmental impact: CAN is considered a responsible and environmentally friendly fertilizer choice due to its reduced potential for nutrient runoff, minimized emissions of greenhouse gases, and lower risk of groundwater contamination compared to some other nitrogen-based fertilizers. Product introduction: Calcium is a silvery white metal that is harder and heavier than lithium, sodium, and potassium; It melts at 815 C. The chemical nature of metallic calcium is very active. In the air, calcium is quickly oxidized and masked with an oxide film. When heated, calcium will burn and emit a beautiful glow of brick red. Calcium and cold water have a slower effect, and intense chemical reactions occur in hot water to release hydrogen (lithium, sodium, and potassium can cause intense chemical reactions even in cold water). Calcium is also easily combined with halogens, sulfur, nitrogen, and the like. 1,product name:calcium metal 2,Shape :powder, lump and granulates 3,CAS:7440-70-2 4,Density:1.54g/cm 5,Melting point:850C 6,Boiling point:1440 C(lit.) 7,Application:Wheel keel Product use: At present, in the steel industry, the main use of metal calcium is to process into metal calcium particles, and then to make calcium iron wire or pure calcium wire, and finally used for steel refining outside the furnace, its role is to desulfurization, deoxidation, increase the fluidity of molten steel. Promote the rapid rise of inclusions in molten steel, generally used in the production of high-quality steel; as a dehydrating agent to produce anhydrous alcohol; in the petroleum industry, as a desulfurizing agent, in the metallurgical industry, it is used to deoxidize or desulfurize . However, calcium compounds have a very wide range of uses, especially in the construction industry.
