Rubber backed/Tufted Mats Coir mats formed by the bonding to the compounded rubber sheet base by vulcanizing process. The brush portion of the mats is embedded over the rubber sheets and designs are produced on the surface of the mats.
Tufting of coir yarn over the PVC base using automatic device forms the brush pile of the mat. Mats with varying brush pile can be produced and the mats can be cut into any shape, size and in rolls are used as wall-to-wall carpeting material. Shaped mats, stencilled designs and flocked designs are available.

Coco peat brick is also known as coir pith or coir dust, it’s made from coconut husks. Coco peat primarily consists of the coir fiber pith or coir dust which is obtained by processing coconut husk and removing the long fibers. Coco coir husk chips, an organic and natural mulch are made from coconut shells (husk) making them a highly sustainable alternative to other mulch options. The durable coconut fiber husk-chips can withstand inclement weather and break down at a more measured and even rate than other bark chips. High-quality coco coir chips absorb water and retain it, slowly releasing over time. Moreover, the coconut coir pith & coco coir peat Round Discs gives a rehydrated yield of one litre of soil per disk. Coco discs consist of coarse coco material, which is made of the husk of the coconut. Cutting the husk creates an airy, easily manageable and powerful growing medium with good drainage properties. These discs are compressed for transport and expand to their original size after water is added.
