When it comes to vacuum and compressor technology, each industry and every application has its own specific needs and requirements. NASH offers unparalleled expertise designing and manufacturing efficient and reliable engineered systems to meet your specific process needs. Each engineered system comes packaged and ready for operation, easily integrating with existing processes and automation systems; minimizing installation and operating costs. Regardless of the application, our broad portfolio of products and technologies ensures that Nash has a solution for you. Whether itâ??s a standard pre-engineered package for general industry, an application specific package for the power industry, or a complete engineered to order hybrid system for the chemical industry; NASH has the experience and expertise to deliver an engineered system that is designed to meet the rigors of even the most demanding applications. Nash liquid ring vacuum pumps and compressors offer the widest performance range on the market. Depending on the size and model, our liquidring vacuum pumps are capable of providing a suction capacity between 10 m³/hr to 39,000 m³/hr, with vacuum levels down to 28 mbar abs. Certain models can also be equipped with a center shroud, allowing the liquidring vacuumpump to operate at multiple suction pressures. Our liquid ring compressors are capable of achieving a capacity between 50 and 16.000 m³/h and discharge pressures from 2 bar abs up to 15 bar abs. In certain applications it is also possible to use the same model for both vacuum and compression. Nash liquid ring pumps are capable of handling a wide variety of gases; from gasoline vapors, sulfur dioxide, and chlorine to hydrogen sulfide and vinyl chloride monomers. Seal liquids can be chosen based on process requirements and the gas being handled. In addition to water, a range of seal liquids including acetic acid, acetone, glycol, xylene, and more can be used.
Calcium and sulphur containing nitrogen fertiliser. Nitrogen in both ammoniacal and nitric forms provides plant nutrition over a long period of time. Calcium contributes to the development of a root system, increases plant resistance to damaging pests and diseases. Sulphur improves commercial properties of yield (increases oil content in oil crops, as well as protein content in cereal crops) and contributes to better nitrogen uptake. Suitable for all crops and all soil types. Easy storage and application due to excellent physicochemical properties. Appearance Total nitrogen (N), % - 27 of which nitric N, % - 13,5 ammoniacal N, % - 13,5 Sulphates (on S basis), % - 4 Calcium (on CaO basis), % - 6 Calcium nitrate content, % - 1 Granulometric composition, % under 1 mm, max - 1 2â??5 mm, min - 95 over 6.3 mm - 0
A concentrated granular nitrogen fertilizer to provide agricultural plants with nitrogen in the early spring, as well as after cut and grazing to promote aftergrowing, active growth and development of green material. It contains equal amounts of ammonia and nitrate nitrogen, and is a universal and high-performance mineral fertilizer. The prolonged use gives an acidifying effect on the soil, thus requiring periodic calcification. Specifications Grade N 34,4 pH 6.07.2 Granule strength MPa min. 6 Granule composition 95% 14 mm
Chemical formula KCl CAS number 7447-40-7 HS code 31042000 EC number 231-211-8
Calcium containing nitrogen fertiliser. Widely accepted safety standard among high-nitrogen fertilisers. Due to calcium carbonate content doesnâ??t increase soil acidity. Contains nitrogen in both ammoniacal and nitric forms in equal parts to provide plant nutrition over a long period of time. Calcium contributes to the development of a root system, increases plant resistance to damaging pests and diseases. Suitable for all crops and all soil types. Easy storage and application due to excellent physicochemical properties. Suitable both for straight application and bulk blending. Dipotassium Phosphate Food Grade/ Tech Grade/ Dipotassium Phosphate (DKP): Chemical Property: Dipotassium phosphate (DKP), also known as potassium phosphate dibasic, has the chemical formula K2HPO4. It is a salt that exists as a white, crystalline powder or granules. DKP is highly soluble in water, which facilitates its use in various applications. It contains two potassium (K+) cations and one hydrogen phosphate (HPO4^2-) anion in its chemical structure. Applications: Dipotassium phosphate is utilized in a range of industries due to its properties as a nutrient source, pH regulator, and food additive. Food and Beverage Industry: DKP is commonly used as a food additive in the food and beverage industry. It acts as a buffering agent to control acidity and pH levels in various products, including processed foods, beverages, and dairy products. It also works as a sequestrant, helping to improve the stability and texture of certain food items. Nutritional Supplements: In the production of nutritional supplements, DKP can be used as a source of both potassium and phosphorus, essential nutrients for human health. These supplements might target individuals with specific dietary needs or deficiencies. Bakery and Baking Powder: DKP is sometimes used in baking powder formulations. It interacts with other ingredients, like baking soda (sodium bicarbonate), to release carbon dioxide gas and leaven baked goods. pH Buffering and pH Control: Due to its ability to regulate pH, DKP is used in various industrial processes where maintaining a specific pH range is crucial. This can include water treatment, chemical manufacturing, and certain laboratory applications. Pharmaceuticals and Medicine: DKP might be used in pharmaceuticals and medicine for its pH-regulating properties, as well as its potential use as a source of essential nutrients in certain formulations. Water Treatment: In water treatment processes, DKP can be used to adjust pH levels and reduce the corrosiveness of water. It's also used to inhibit the formation of scale and deposits in pipes and equipment. Laboratory and Research: DKP is utilized in laboratory settings for various purposes, including as a component in buffer solutions used in experiments requiring specific pH conditions. Dipotassium phosphate's versatility in balancing pH levels, providing essential nutrients, and enhancing stability makes it a valuable ingredient in multiple industries. As with any chemical, its application should be handled with care to ensure proper dosing and to mitigate potential environmental impacts.
