Snappers are sorted to size, gutted and bagged into kits. Kits can range from 20lbs-40lbs
Spiny Lobsters are wild caught in Bahamian Waters using hand spears. Lobsters are headed immediately after capture to reduce the risk of blood soaking into the meat. Tails are bagged and frozen.
