PROCEDURE:
1. Buyer sends Letter of Intent LOI;
2. Seller issued FCO in favor of the buyer;
3. Buyer issued ICPO with soft probe permission according Seller conditions written in FCO;
4. Seller verifies Buyer ICPO through Seller Bank and sends NCNDA and IMFPA.
5. Buyer signs and seals NCNDA and IMFPA and return to Seller;
6. Seller would release draft contract to Buyer.
7. Contract negotiation begins over emails between Buyer and Seller;
8. Final draft contract sign electronically by both sides - Buyer and Seller;
9. Mine site visit would be arrange within 1-2 days after the final contract is signed and sealed if requested by the end buyer;
10. Within seven (7) banking days the Buyers bank sends the non-operative, non-transferable Documentary Letter of Credit;
11. Within seven (7) banking days Seller would provide 2% performance bond which would automatically activate the DL/C.
12. Delivery and shipment commence as per schedule mutually agreed in the contract.

TECHNOL POWER LD 10W-40 is a synthetic technology engine oil that has been formulated to satisfy the most stringent requirements of on-road trucks with heavy duty diesel engines. It is also suitable for use in most gasoline engines. This engine oil protects diesel engines equipped with post-treatment systems, such as diesel particulate filters (DPF), thanks to its specific Low SAPS technology (low content in Sulphated Ash, Phosphorus, and Sulphur). This engine oil provides outstanding resistance to oxidation and corrosion, contains detergents and dispersants that keep the engine clean and possesses antirust, and antiwear properties. Its high viscosity index and thermal stability ensure proper lubrication of moving components of the engine under most severe operating conditions. With its extended drain intervals, use of this engine oil helps reduce maintenance costs. It is recommended for use in Euro 4 and Euro 5 engines of most manufacturers.
Due to its special thermal treatment, tempered glass boasts higher impact strength and freeze-thaw resistance compared to regular glass. All tempered glasses are subject to mandatory edge pre-treatment. If broken, such glass falls apart to small fragments with uncut edges.

The tempered glass has quite a broad range of applications: glass panes, multilayer glasses with different properties, all-glass partitions, staircases, stairs, hand rails, car windows etc. The tempered glass can withstand hard blows perpendicular to its plane. Despite its improved properties, however, tempered glass is still a fragile material. It is especially susceptible to end loads, so such glass should be installed with extreme care.

It often happens that people confuse glass panes and vinyl windows. These are not synonyms, however. A glass pane is a part and nearly crucial part of a window structure.
