Yogurt production and packaging line 4000 l / shift 0732010 Yogurt production and packaging line 4000 l / shift Yogurt production equipment consists of 4 pcs 1000 liters of yogurt fermentation tanks, transmission equipment and a fully automated filling line 150 - 200 grams plastic cups. Process operation requires two people and equipment can be made about 4000 liters (or 20000 pieses) of 200g canned yogurt cups or other similar product for a normal 8-hour working shift. Packaging equipment is manufactured in the 1980s by German Ganzhorn & Stirm (nowadays Casti) and an automatic product cup feeder has been added later on the line. Also the tray feeding device has been recently added. The production line is fully operational and suitable besides for yogurt production, also for all curdled / fermented milk packaging in 150g-200g cups. Fermentation tanks are double walled 1000 liter stainless steel vertical tanks. The product temperature can be adjusted as desired (e.g.36C) by using heating water between double walls. Control valves are manually adjusted. The fermented yogurt is transferred to two 100 liter feeding tanks of the packing line with gentle rotary lobe pumps. Filling the yogurt cups is fully automated 2-lane packing process. The main equipment are manufactures by German Canzhorn & Srimin. Later installed automatic cup feeding equipment places 150 gr - 200 gr cups in 2 rows on the filling machine. The filling machine fills cups in three phases; first to the bottom desired volume of jam and then two different layers of product mass. ( 3-layer of yogurt). The cups are closed with aluminum lids which is sealed with electric heater. Transfer conveyor moves closed cups on to a palletizing machine which loads 20 cups on each cardboard or plastic tray (tray is automatically fed by a tray feeding device) where full trays are moved to a stacker machine which piles several layers of trays (up to 1 meter tall) for transportation. Technical Specifications: The manufacturer: Ganzhorn & Stirm (Casti) Filling machine type: DOGatherm 61 Stacker type: BE 75/2 Production capacity: up to 4000 liters / shift Yogurt fermentation tanks: 4 x 1000 liters Cups & filling: 150 - 200 g / max. 3-layer filling Filling line length: about 12 meters.
AURORA BOREALIS (Pastel Red) KING - AFABK012 QUEEN - AFABQ027 Description: Aurora Borealis, also known as (Northern Lights) are a spectacular natural phenomenon. Natural light displays that shimmer up a night sky, dancing around in elegant colours. Finland is the land of magical aurora borealis. Aurora Borealis comes from Latin, meaning â??the Northern Goddess of the dawnâ??, as Aurora represents the goddess of the dawn, and Borealis signifies the north. In Finnish, the Aurora Borealis is called â??revontuletâ??, which means â??fox firesâ??. One Finnish folk tale suggests that the Northern Lights are caused by a magical fox sweeping his tail across the snow and sending sparks into the sky. Most auroras happen about 97-1,000 kilometres (60-620 miles) above the Earthâ??s surface. The movement that forms auroras begins on the sun. In the heart of the solar, particles are created, and when they forge escape, they have some electrical charge while solar energy launches them to space. Few make it through to Earth, and even fewer strike molecules in our atmosphere. Usually, the oxygen releases the solar energy in sheets of green, but sometimes when the particles penetrate deeper, touching the nitrogen molecules, the Auroras are shown as violet. On rare occasions, energetic solar winds can create red Auroras. Aurora Borealis flowers are charismatic, romantic, and perfect gifts for all seasons and occasions.
