The boiler is a three-pass, fire-tube steam boiler made by Finnish Ahlström Themoflow in year 1990. The boiler has max operating pressure16 bar with 205 C steam temperature and it is equipped with exhaust gas economizer for preheating incoming feed-water and modulating heavy fuel oil burner. This flat surface pre-treatment and cleaning unit with open air / atmospheric-pressure plasma technology was originally made by Plasmatreat company in 2004, manufacturer's model FG1002 with Siemens PLC control system and then in year 2008 it was refurbished with new plasma nozzle directing robot and an aluminium profile structured operation table. Yogurt production equipment consists of 4 pcs 1000 liters of yogurt fermentation tanks, transmission equipment and a fully automated filling line 150 - 200 grams plastic cups. Process operation requires two people and equipment can be made about 4000 liters (or 20000 pieses) of 200g canned yogurt cups or other similar product for a normal 8-hour working shift. Packaging equipment is manufactured in the 1980s by German Ganzhorn & Stirm (nowadays Casti) and an automatic product cup feeder has been added later on the line. Also the tray feeding device has been recently added. The production line is fully operational and suitable besides for yogurt production, also for all curdled / fermented milk packaging in 150g-200g cups.

Fermentation tanks are double walled 1000 liter stainless steel vertical tanks. The product temperature can be adjusted as desired (e.g.36C) by using heating water between double walls. Control valves are manually adjusted.

The fermented yogurt is transferred to two 100 liter feeding tanks of the packing line with gentle rotary lobe pumps. Filling the yogurt cups is fully automated 2-lane packing process. The main equipment are manufactures by German Canzhorn & Srimin. Later installed automatic cup feeding equipment places 150 gr - 200 gr cups in 2 rows on the filling machine. The filling machine fills cups in three phases; first to the bottom desired volume of jam and then two different layers of product mass. ( 3-layer of yogurt). The cups are closed with aluminum lids which is sealed with electric heater. Transfer conveyor moves closed cups on to a palletizing machine which loads 20 cups on each cardboard or plastic tray (tray is automatically fed by a tray feeding device) where full trays are moved to a stacker machine which piles several layers of trays (up to 1 meter tall) for transportation.

ROK Slab Supports
Designed for support of HCS slab end at holes in HCS slab structure. The R-STEEL® ROK is a great technical solution to support hollow-core slabs(HCS) and make openings into hollow-core slab floors. ROK consists of an L-shaped steel front plate welded together with side plates. It transfers HCS slab end support reaction to adjacent HCS slabs or walls in both installations of HCS slabs and in the �nal situation.
ROK support (together with seam grout) acts as support structure until fire resistance class R 60 without separate fire protection.
Available in several standard models with the maximum width of opening up to 240 cm.

RLK and RLKP Slab Supports
Steel parts designed for support of precast massive concrete slabs. R-STEEL® RLK and RLKP slab support transfers the slab support reaction to supporting walls or other structures.

RLK slab support consists of two square structural hollow section steel tubes that are installed one inside another and ribbed steel bond bars, which are welded to the outer tube.

RLKP slab support consists of two square structural hollow section steel tubes that are installed one inside another and studded steel bars, which are welded to the outer tube.

Structural hollow section steel tube with the larger section dimensions is installed to
the concrete slab before concrete is cast. The end of the steel tube closer to slab edge is pressed against the mold and the other ends is closed with a welded steel plate, which prevents concrete from entering the steel tube during casting. During the installation of the precast slab the smaller tube is inserted in to the larger tube. Smaller tube is left protruding from the slab for approximately 95mm and acts as a cantilever support.
