R-Steel® Wire Loops and Boxes manufactured by R-Group Finland Oy are steel parts consisting of a high strength steel wire and a steel box. R-Steel® Wire Loop boxes are very easy to use on site, with proven no tool tear off tape that releases the flexible loops. Our wire loop box range includes: Single wire loop boxes and Double wire loop boxes. Highly effe�cient product available for both precast and cast in situ structure. It is mainly used in the connection of slabs, walls and columns. Quality control of the wire rope loops is done according to the requirements of the Finnish Code of Building Regulations and the instructions according to the quality and environment system of the R-Group Finland Oy (ISO9001 and ISO 14001). R-Group Finland Oy has a quality control contract with Inspecta Sertifiointi Oy. The steel box and the wire rope are zinc coated. Zinced products are passivized with min. 1 month of storage. R-Steel Loop is a flexible wire rope is bent to loop and held together by compression sleeve. R-Steel® Loop may be used e.g. to tie concrete wall elements to the building frame with ribbed steel bars installed through the wire rope loop. The wire boxes have the advantage of ease of casting and protection of the loop, however the R-Steel® loops can be used in thinner panels and can also be used for lifting. Single Wire Loop Boxes For Single Boxes available standard wire lengths of 60 mm, 80 mm, 100 mm, 120 mm and 140 mm. Double Wire Loop Boxes Double Wire Loop Box offers unique solution for joining double walls to precast elements. Design resistances can be achieved in all directions. Wire lenghts of 80 mm and 100 mm are available for double wire loop. Thickness of the steel plate of the box is 0,7 mm, according to SFS-EN 12385.
R -STEEL, Fastening products are standard steel components embedded in concrete for connecting steel or precast elements by welding. It develops its load resistance by virtue of anchorage provided by studs or bars welded to steel plate. Fastening systems are categorized into the following types based on their area of application and load carrying capacities. SBKL Fastening Plates Plate thickness 8-15 mm Headed studs.Steel For lighter loads. KL Fastening Plates Plate thickness 8-15 mm Ribbed bars as anchors. For dynamic anchoring. JRL Fastening Plates Plate thickness 25-30 mm Ribbed bars as anchors. For heavy loads. RKL Fastening Plates Plate thickness 10-25 mm Available for customized lengths (ex. 2000 - 6000 mm) Headed Studs For heavy loads. Salient Features - Load capacities ranging from 0.5 to 12.5 Tons - All plates available in steel, stainless steel, and acid resistant materials. - Both Galvanized as well as Epoxy coated are available. - Fastening plates with Anchors S235JR+AR have a 40 �m protective painting on top surface and on sides. - Plates 1.4301 and 1.4401 have no surface coating. - Resistances are calculated for concrete C25/30. - Resistances take into account the manufacturing tolerances and an assembly tolerance of ± 15 mm. - Dimensions for dynamic loads must be done separately. - All plain steel plates come with painting to prevent rusting at the warehouse and at site. - Fastening plates are marked with Inspecta Sertifiointi Oy control mark, the emblem of R-Group Finland Oy, the type of the fastening plate and production date. - R-STEEL, fastening plates are tested, approved and, in terms of load resistance, designed according to Eurocodes. - R-STEEL, also provides tailor made fastening products as per project requirements.

- r-steel, rpp& rpp-e anchor bolts are fastening elements used to connect precast building components such as beams, columns and walls to adjoining elements or foundations. Rpp bolts for moderate loads and rpp-e bolts are used for high loads. - r-steel, rpk-n2/ rpk-e2 column shoes are fastening components used with anchor bolts to create moment resisting connections for precast columns to foundations or linking columns together, - r-steel, rsk-n, rsk-e wall shoes fastening components create tension resisting connections across joints between two precast wall elements or between precast wall element and a site cast structure. - the advantages of this connection system are rapid assembly of the columns eliminating the need for temporary bracing during installation. - additional ral washer plates are supplied with the associated wall shoes to form the connection to the matching base bolts. - these r-steel, components are used in combination to prevent any fit issues from different suppliers
R-steel threaded lifting devices including several options as wire loops, wire loops equipped with a pressure plate and full metallic lifting devices, are designed to transport and erect precast units and elements. R-steel lifting devices have been designed and tested according to european quality standards to ensure safe precasting and lifting. - wire loops are manufactured of high-quality steel wire which are more suitable for on-site high loads such as beams. It can be equipped with a pressure plate for different lifting angles. - full metallic lifting devices equipped with pressure plate are designed for the lifting of 0 - 90 angles. The free turning swivel can also be used for turning precast elements. - all threaded lifting devices are easy to install and can be recessed if required, they can be used with all sizes of threaded inner socket anchors. - inner socket anchors are provided separately from lifting devices and it's highly recommended to use co-ordinated lifting system units for the safety of your precast site. Nailing plates, socket magnets, and plastic caps are also available. - tailor made solutions are also available.
