Buyer pays after Dip Test by MT103 Wire Transfer for each monthly quantity. Subsequent deliveries proceed per contract terms. CIF Procedure: Buyer issues ICPO with company letterhead and banking details. Seller drafts a contract and sends it to the buyer. Buyer signs and returns the contract. Seller sends PPOP documents via email. Buyer deposits $350,000 for security guarantee. Seller's bank sends full POP documents and a 2% performance bond. Shipment arrives at the buyerâ??s discharge port within 10-15 days. Buyer releases payment upon receiving shipping documents and Q&Q confirmation by SGS/CIQ at the destination port. Seller pays commission to intermediaries within 48 hours via swift MT103. Tank to Vessel Procedure: Buyer issues ICPO and CPA. Seller sends the commercial invoice within 48 hours. Buyer signs and returns the CI with the NOR from their shipping company. Seller sends PPOP documents. Buyer provides ATI and Q88 from their shipping company. Seller issues unconditional dip test authorization, TSR to buyer, who conducts dip test at their expense. Injection begins after successful dip test. Seller issues allocation license, title transfer affidavit, and tax registration certificate. Buyer makes 100% payment via MT103/TT within 24 hours.
