Krones Toptronic K 719-555 Rotary Empty Bottle Inspector The Toptronic inspector is made for inspecting empty returnable PET bottles and empty non-returnable and returnable glass bottles. It utilizes state-of-the-art camera technology to provide precision empty container inspection. The sophisticated inspection modules detect even the tiniest damage or contamination – both in glass and PET returnable bottles. The Chip Conditioner consists of two heavy duty rolls with removable profiled surfaces. They rotate towards each other and pull the oversize chips between them. The profiled surfaces are aligned so that the pyramid apexes on one roll travel in the valleys of the apexes on the adjacent roll.
