2. Qty and payment can be the ICPO drafts
3. Seller send the NCNDA+IMFPA signed and seller's past proof of Inspection report or bl, buyer then send the ICPO with Bank informations and send the NCNDA+IMFPA signed for seller's Contracrt Draft
