The acquisition is for the purpose of military exercises or operations as and when required.
Technical Requirements
Material. Durable, non-absorbable, and easy to decontaminate. Satisfy EN 1865 standards for load, flexion, and torsion stress.
Weight. Less than 14kg.
Loading capacity. Carry casualties up to a load of 150kg.
Detachable. Detachable into parts to maneuver in difficult positions. Able to place under casualties without the need for complete lifting.
Spinal support. Aid immobilization of the spine during casualty transfer.
Adjustable length. Allow for length adjustments to fit varying heights.
Compact. Foldable for compact storage.
Physical Requirements
Straps. Equipped with integrated straps for the securing of casualties.
Other Requirements
Product Warranty. The Tenderer shall provide a warranty of the items against any defects due to manufacturing or design, unsuitable use of materials, poor workmanship or malfunction due to quality of materials for a period of one year,
The Contractor shall inform the Authority (Requesting Unit and Contract Manager) immediately regarding any damages to or loss of SAF property or any incident relating to the safety of the SAF personnel. The Initial Verbal Report to the Authority is to be done within 15 minutes upon knowledge of the incident. This action must be done even if some of the information is unavailable. A Written Incident Report is to be submitted to the Authority within 2 hours after the Initial Verbal Report. The Authority shall inform the Contractor when there is changes to the incident reporting process. The Contractor shall abide to the latest incident reporting process
The scoop stretcher and accessories must maintain their performance when exposed to the specified environment conditions:

Scope Of Work For Nasopharyngeal Airway
The acquisition is for the purpose of military exercises or operations as and when required.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
1.
Material. The nasopharyngeal airways (NPA) must be made of a lightweight, strong yet inert material suitable for medical usage.
2.
Ease of application. The NPA should be inserted in less than 10 seconds.
Tolerability of insertion. The NPA should be made from a flexible and soft material, and a rounded tip for maximum patient comfort on insertion.
Easily secured. The airway should be able to self-secure after insertion and not be easily dislodged by the patient.
Sterile. The airway should be in a sterile package prior to application.
