Kcal/kg: Pro-rata price adjustment basis 8,400 Kcal/kg gross ‘as received’ basis.
Adjustments shall only apply if Kcal/kg is above or 8,400 Kcal/kg below 8,200 gross ‘as received’ basis.
HGI: Deduction of US$1.0/MT shall be made for each 1 point in HGI below 60.
