7.Inspection:Twice at the Loading & Discharging by SGS/CIQ or Equivalent

9.Procedures:As per the Agreement between the Seller and the Buyer.
10.Special Requirement
1)The Seller will share latest B/L after Signed SPA with the Buyer.
2)The Buyer will do DD before opening DLC for the Seller.
3)This is direct buying without any buyer mandate or agent.
