1. Plans: We Need Plans With Dimensions (sizes) so that we can plan our sales area on the development site of Queensland Australia.
2. Fire Proof: It is essential that all Tiny Homes are fire proof/fire resistant.
3. Pricing: we will require all pricing for the different sizes of Tiny Homes, including transport, etc...
4. Fit-Out: Does the fit-out include shower, toilet, basin, kitchen sink & cupboards, electrical wiring for power points and lighting, connection point for sewer connection, water connection, electrical connection, floor coverings, windows, doors, door furniture (locks & handles), tap ware, air-conditioning, etc... We will require all costs associated with the fit-out, if any.
5. Please list any other charges involved with the manufacturing of the Tiny Homes, wharf, docking, freight, time frames, etc...
