So, what our plan is to establish another heat exchanger and pass the soya sauce through that to achieve the desired temperature (30°C) If you see here in the process the soya sauce starts from silo in 100°C and passes through 2 heat exchangers and gives an output temperature of 40°C (soya sauce), now the plan is to adding one more heat exchanger and bringing down the temperature of soya sauce to 30°C with the help of 3 heat exchangers.
