Quality Control: Penalty and rejection clauses apply (penalties: USD 1/ton per 1%
below Al2O3 baseline, USD 1.5/ton per 1% above SiO2 baseline Al2O3=42.5% and SiO2
=3%, pro rata calculated).Rejection threshold for Al2O3 Less Than 42.5% or SiO2 More Than 5%.
Inspection: Conducted by SGS, CCIC, or Bureau Veritas, as mutually agreed
