Thanks to this surface, 93% of the sun's rays are absorbed and converted into thermal energy. -Due to vacuum, heat losses through conduction and convection in the tubes are minimal. -Vacuum tube solar energy systems can produce hot water even at -40ºC air temperatures without requiring antifreeze under suitable conditions. -There is no need for an additional power supply for the systems to operate. If any of the glass tubes are damaged due to natural factors, they can be replaced quickly, easily and at very low cost.
