Product Description
The buyer would like to receive quotations for -
Product Name: Beet Sugar
Specifications :
Needs a total of 100.000 tons of beet sugar in sacks per 25-50 kilos packages.
Analysis reports and quality certificates of the products must be submitted.
Products should be loaded in boxes on 80x120 euro pallets, stretched.
Information should be given on how many boxes are on 1 pallet and how many bottles are in 1
box.
100.000 tons For CIF/Mersin
The delivery price must be determined for the products.
Private Label design that allows promotion in more than one language should be made and the
draft design file/dimensions should be shared.
The production deadline and delivery time for the products should be specified in the offer.
Payment will be released after SGS Report at Discharge Port.
Procedure :
1. Buyer issues the LOI.
2. Buyer signs the SPA (Sales and Purchase Agreement) and the PI (Proforma Invoice) and sends back to Seller.
3.Seller releases the Full POP (Proof of Product) documents to Buyer includ Documents below :
A) Bill of lading, “clean on board” and marked “freight prepaid”.
B) Certificate of quality and quantity (Q&Q) issued by SGS or compatible authority.
C) Certificate of origin, issued by the chamber of commerce of the country of origin.
D) Signed commercial invoices in three (3) originals and two (2) photocopies, indicating contract number, description of the goods, unit price and total value, gross/net weight, and shipping terms (CIF), ocean
bill of lading number.
E) Packing list of shipment quantity (+/-5%).
F) Phytosanitary certificate issued by SGS or issued and endorsed by the local authorized government agency.
G) Certificate of radiation level issued or certified by SGS declaring the product radiation level as normal.
H) Certificate of insurance.

5. After Buyer received the POP Documents and signed the Contract and PI
6. After SGS Report at Discharge Port Money will released and transfer to Seller bank account by MT103/TT.
