Specifications:
- Galvanized steel preformed stay grips of diameter range (11.8-12.2) mm suitable for attaching (7/4.0) mm steel strand stay wire to stay insulator, minimum rated holding strength (9,500) kgf, 0.8-meter overall length, right hand lay direction, and cross over starting at (140) mm. the preformed shall be hot-dipped galvanized to BS en 10244-2:2001 or latest equivalent approved standard.
- The number of grip strands shall not less than five strands.
- 4. Bull Dog Clamps:
- Bull Dog Clamp 130 K.N 7/8 inch U bolts According to ISO 898-1: 2009 grade 8.8 and Nuts dip galvanized the nuts shall be finger tight. the clamp shall be provided with a plain and spring washer.
- The base of the clamp shall be of malleable iron and dip galvanized to ISO 1461-2009, and the U bolts and nuts shall be of mild steel and dip galvanized in accordance with the above-mentioned standards.
- The mechanical properties of bolts, nuts, plain, spring washer, and clamp shall be as ISO 898-1 (2009)
