4. Buyer Verifies POP And May Conduct Dip Test (SGS at buyer’s cost).
Buyer Provides CPA/Q88/NOR/ATI After Successful Dip
5. Seller Issues Injection Schedule
6. Buyer Pays via MT103/TT within 48 Hours Post-dip
Seller Proceeds To Inject Product Into Buyer’s Vessel
7. Title Transfer & Export Docs issued upon payment
8. Commissions Paid To Intermediaries By Respective Sides Per NCNDA/IMFPA
9. SPA Signed for 12-Month Contract
Buyer Issues SBLC/RDLC To Secure Monthly Lifting
10. Default Clause:
1% penalty of transaction value on either party for non-performance or forged documents.
