Specifications:
45% minimum
Mn content is from 45% to 50%, and both parties agree to minus USD 4/DMT for every 1% lower than 50%.
Mn content above 51%, both parties agree to add a bonus USD 4/DMT for every 1% above Mn content 51%
In case, Mn content is below 45%, the buyer has right to refuse to receive this shipment and payment.
