Notice: please note that INDIAN PORT department will not accept full length of rail scrap, Rails should be cut into lose of buyer size as mentioned above and can shipped in containers or in bulk vessel.
Payment : 100% Letter of Credit Transferable MT-760 Irrevocable, Confirmed and transferrable by any recognized Banks upon presentation of all shipping documents at destination and against final inspection at destination.
The letter of credit will cover only the material's total value in SPA agreement contract.

6) Product photos & videos to be share by seller at the time of FCO signing.
Procedure
A) Buyer/Buyer mandates send LOI. Seller mandate issues FCO.
B) End Buyer puts seal and signature on FCO as acceptance. Buyer issues !CPO to Pyramid Valley General Trading LLC
C) Seller sends SPA draft open for amendments. Buyer and seller signs SPA after negotiations.
D) Buyer will open LC which will become operative against 2% PB by seller.
E) As Seller Bank give Confirmation of Receiving of Original LC, Seller Start preparation of Shipment.
F) Upon final assay at Buyer destination port, in under within 6-Working Days BUYER to be release payment to seller account.
G) Upon confirmation of payments.
H) Same process will apply for further shipments in the contract

Materials will be, free from Mud, Dust, Fluff, Non-Ferrous inclusion, surface rust excessive rust and other impurities. Free from any substance and coatings any organic waste and other harmful substance. Dirt, Dust Rust fluff and other immunity not allowed.
