2. The rails must be free of contamination, radiation and explosives.
Payment Terms:
MT760 The Buyer will issue MT760 to cover each Shipment in advance. The first tranche within ten (10) banking days after the Contract is signed and after the Pro Forma Invoice with all Bank Details is received.
