The corrosion resistance of our painted, powder coated and plated items is tested in effective lab's salt spray test chamber. the best way to test the life of paint, coating and plating is to perform a salt spray test. such as powder coating, zinc plating, nickel and chrome plating, ced coating, phosphate surface, alloy plating, and electroplating copper, tin and chromium, among others. among the manufacturers of salt spray testing machines, effective lab india is one of the best. we custom built our salt spray chamber, in compliance with astm b117, iso 9227, jis z2371, astm g85 standards and other specifications. using compressed air and a salt solution, we create a saline environment within this chamber. the solution will use a ratio of 95 parts dm water and 5 parts nacl (98% lab grade).
