Indonesian Turmeric Cut And Dried Slices Of Turmeric or Boiled and dried rhizomes if turmeric (Curcuma longa). Slices cleaned properly, Rhizomes Polished/ Unpolished. Curcumin content not less than 4% by HPLC. The higher the curcumin content the better the quality, mostly 4-4.5% curcumin. Not infected by fungus or any other insect pests. Mixed impurities not more than 1% Sample to be tested in our lab by HPLC for total curcuminoid content and curcumin purity.
