ATSC - Authorization to Sell & Collect j. Injection report 5. After verification of full POP by buyer and successful Dip Test (Optional), sellers tanks are secured in the name of the seller and buyer. 6. Buyer makes full payment after tanks take over, via MT103 7. Seller transfers title with all documentation to buyer 8.
