Negotiations may only be conducted by the rightful owner of the Goods. DOCUMENTS should include:

2. Certificate of Origin
3. Export Documentation
4. Packing List
5. Airway Bill
6. Evaluation Report (EU)
7. Certificate of Analysis (EU)
8. SKR
9. If there is a certificate of insurance then also.
10. If there ever was one then also
- We only accept the Certificate of Analysis (EU) executed by IGAS, Landstrasse 88a, D-38644 Goslar, Germany (IGAS); and the Evaluation Report (EU) executed by IGAS or Institut für Seltene Erden und Metalle, Monchengladbach, Germany
- Documents shall be updated if older than 24 months. To be determined by the Parties after positive verification of documents during negotiations, by whom and at whose expense.
- We prefer Sellers who have the Product located in one place and only in Europe (Security House Warehouse ).
