For each bike, approximately we need:
Material 1.4462 – welded tubes outer diameter Ø33,7, wall thickness 1,6mm – for 1000 bikes, we need around 5000 meters, that is around 6 tons of tubes.
Material 1.4462 – welded tubes outer diameter Ø26,9, wall thickness 1,6mm - for 1000 bikes, we need around 4000 meters, that is around 4 tons of tubes.
Delivery condition maximum length 5,8meters
for producing 20 bikes, that will be around 100kg of Ø33,7mm tube and 80kg of Ø26,9mm tube.
