Our objective is to maintain the warmth of the beverages from the point of filling to the delivery at the customer's location.
Product Specifications:
Purpose: The insulated spout bag will be used to carry hot beverages. It should be capable of keeping the drinks warm during transportation.
Material: The bag should be made of durable, insulated material suitable for hot liquids.
Design: The bag must have a spout for pouring. It should fit into our custom-branded box that has a hole for the spout.
Size and Capacity: 5 Litres, 10 Litres, 20 Litres
Customization: The bag should be customizable to include our company logo and branding.
Safety and Compliance: The product must comply with all relevant food safety and handling regulations.
Requirements:
Quantity: Small MOQ with the intention to rise per month
Quality Assurance: Tests need to be carried out by pouring boiled water, taking initial temperature and then taking the temperature every 1 hour. Record temperature and advise.
Sample: Provision of a sample for evaluation before the final order.
Lead Time: 10 days for sample production, once the sample is approved 15 days for mass production.
Pricing: Detailed pricing including unit cost, bulk order discounts, shipping, and handling charges.
