NOTE: 1. Buyer issues ICPO in buyer company letter-head and buyer bank details
2. Seller issues commercial invoice for buyer to review sign and return to seller within 48 hours
3. Seller issues below partial proof of product, Commitment to Supply:
A) Authorization to Sell and Collect (ATSC) .
B) UN-DTA for Buyer to fill and sign by the Buyer only and return back to Seller for notarization.
C) The Seller shall supply the 3-day TSR business days with logistics contacts for verification:
Seller provides to buyer the Tank Storage Receipt (TSR) valid for 3 business days together with a
dip test authorization (DTA) for buyer to contact the tank farm for dip test schedule, buyer receives
full tankâ??s coordinates from the tank farm to enable SGS Inspection team or similar laboratory to
have access to the tanks for dip test on each tank to be paid by buyer
D) Product Passport
E) Access code to verify the product (Buyer verify the above documents within 48 hours)
F) Endorsed NCNDA/IMFPA.

4. Buyer conducts and pays for SGS inspection and seller inject product into Buyerâ??s Vessel or tanks, and Buyer pays for product via MT 103 TT within 48 hours. Buyer pays for the fuel to Pay Masterâ??s account at Masuch Law LLP, upon receipt of Fresh SGS Report Q&Q and injection report.
5. Seller transfer Title of the product to the buyer alongside all exportation documentation in
relation to the petroleum product
6. Seller pays commissions through the Pay Master to all intermediaries involved in the
transaction at the time of payment for the fuel.
7. Price : Due to the constantly Fluctuating prices , the price must be reviewed monthly , so that it fits the quantities and the descent and rise of prices monthly.
