Note : Some IMPORTANT points which needs to be followed by Supplier :-
The seller submits proof of the product (video or SKR) together with the company CIS and FCO.
Buyer submits company CIS and ICPO (prepared by seller), proof of funds if applicable.
Buyer and Seller exchange SPA draft.
If the terms are suitable, the parties sign the SPA.
Brokers sign an IMFPA with both parties, which becomes an integral part of the SPA. The IMFPA designates a Paymaster, usually the Buyer's bank.
