Buyer is interested to receive quotations for the following RFQ -

Form ; Granular DAP
Qty : 25,000 Ton Granular DAP ( Diammonium Phosphate 18 - 46 - 0 ) Fertilizer packed in 50 KG WPP Bags
Quantity : 25,000 ( Twenty five thousand ) Ton ( or less quantity at supplier's option. Color of Granular DAP : Black / Brown
Seller must submit Performance Security ( PS ) in the form of Bank Guarantee for 10% ( Ten Percent ) of
total price basis CFR LINER terms BEFORE signing of contract by Buyer & Seller. Validity of PS should be 120 ( One hundred twenty) Days.
If seller did not ship goods within 45 days from date of L/C , then buyer will have right to FORFEIT Performance Security as penalty .
Any bank working in Bangladesh will issue Performance Security on behalf of Seller's bank . After submitting PS by Seller, then buyer
& seller will sign contract . Then buyer's bank ( Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited ) will issue irrevocable ( not confirmed ) L/C within 5 ( five )
working days. With out PS regarding shipment guarantee from Seller , Buyer's bank will not issue L/C .
3. Buyer will bear cost of Pre - shipment inspection regarding weight & quality by SGS Inspection Company at Load port .
