Buyer issues ICPO containing the Seller's working procedure with banking details and scanned copy of Buyer's passport along with verifiable CPA documents for Seller’s due diligence. 2. After a successful verification of the Buyer's CPA, the Seller issues commercial invoice of the product in tanks at the port; Buyer signs and returns back Commercial Invoice to Seller. 3. Buyer visits Seller’s tank storage provider 4. Seller issues to Buyer PPOP listed below: a. GPS Coordinates-Tank Storage Receipt (TSR) b. Injection Report (IR) c. Unconditional Dip Test Authorization letter (UDTA) d. Authorization to Sell (ATS) e. Fresh SGS Report in Seller Tank (Not older than 48 hrs) f. Authorization to Verify the product in Seller's Tank (ATV) g. Notice of Readiness (NOR). Note: UDTA, ATS and ATV must be in Buyer’s name. 5. Seller issues NCNDA/IMFPA to all intermediaries involved in the transaction and to Buyer for signing. 6. Optional: Buyer arranges Dip Test by SGS or equivalent on Buyer’s expenses. 7. Upon successful Dip Test result in Seller’s tanks, or after acceptance of fresh SGS, the product will immediately be injected into Buyer's vessel. 8. Buyer makes payment for the product via MT103 and Seller transfers Title Ownership to Buyer and all remaining documents 9. Seller issues 12 Months Contract with same procedures for Buyer’s review and acceptance.
