For product specification we have to check from the product certificate of analysis.

Rich Aroma And Flavor, Not Too Sour (slightly acidic), and a dark roast.
Hot Chocolate Mix should be individually packed and vacuum-sealed in packets of 200g each.
Each carton should contain 25 packets and must be made of good quality 33/26/33 double-walled corrugated material to ensure freshness.
Shelf Life:
The product's shelf life should be at least twelve (12) months from the date of receipt by us.
