METHOD OF APPICATION: * Mastic compound application consist of two coats of. Primer ,Primer and followed by Mastic compound in recommended thickness, ranging from min. 12mm to 25mm in one or two layers to achieve desired thickness without any pin hole and crack. 1). Surface preparation and application of Primer: Refer application method of Primer. 2). After doing necessary surface preparation and application of primer coating, area to be installed with Mastic compound should be divided in to equal no. bays. To maintain even thickness required, place wooden or aluminum batten. Mastic compound is then broken in small pieces and put it in heating pan. While heating, keep material moving to avoid burning. It is heated until it comes in a uniform consistency and then applied on the surface and works it with wooden float, to achieve uniform thickness and smooth surface free from any pinholes. CHEMICAL RESISTANCE PROPERTIES: * Mastic compound has good resistance to weak, diluted acids, alkalis salts etc. It is not recommended to use against strong acids, oxidizing acid solvents, oil and fats STORAGE & PACKING: * Keep Mastic compound away from direct sunlight, heat solvents etc. Under this condition, its shelf life is unlimited. It is supplied in cake form and approx. wt. is 10 kgs. HEALTH & SAFETY: * Handle melted Mastic compound compound very carefully . Avoid contact with skin. It is advisable to wear protective wears at the time of use of Mastic compound and all other our products. This information, given in good faith, is based on results gained from experience and tests. Capsicum Oleoresin is prepared by extracting the crushed capsicum (Capsicum Annum Linn) with volatile solvents by percolation method. It contains the pungent principles, capsicin not less that 8 percent. It also contains the red colouring matter called Capsanthin. This product is a powerful irritant and a carminative, which is also used as a counter irritant in lumbago and neuralgia. It can also be used to treat stomach ache that involves poorly functioning stomach muscles and as an antibacterial agents. Extraction of oleoresin capsicum from peppers involves finely ground capsicum, from which capsaicin is extracted in an organic solvent such as ethanol. The solvent is then evaporated, and the remaining wax like resin is the oleoresin capsicum. An emulsifier such as propylene glycol is used to suspend the OC in water, and pressurized to make it aerosol in pepper spray. The high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method is used to measure the amount of capsaicin within pepper sprays. Scoville Heat Units (SHU) are used to measure the concentration or "heat" of pepper spray. A synthetic analogue of capsaicin, pelargonic acid vanillylamide (desmethyldihydrocapsaicin), is used in another version of pepper spray known as PAVA spray which is used in the United Kingdom. Another synthetic counterpart of pepper spray, pelargonic acid morpholide, was developed and is widely used in Russia. Its effectiveness compared to natural pepper spray is unclear. Pepper spray typically comes in canisters, which are often small enough to be carried or concealed in a pocket or purse. Pepper spray can also be bought concealed in items such as rings. There are also pepper spray projectiles available, which can be fired from a paintball gun. It has been used for years against demonstrators. Derived from chilli peppers, oleoresin capsicum is the active ingredient in pepper spray and in some topical pain relievers.
The primary use of Ammonium Sulphate is as a fertilizer for alkaline soils. In the soil the ammonium ion is released and forms a small amount of acid, lowering the pH balance of the soil, while contributing essential nitrogen for plant growth. The main disadvantage to the use of Ammonium Sulphate is its low nitrogen content relative to Ammonium Nitrate, which elevates transportation costs. It is also used as an agricultural spray adjuvant for water soluble insecticides, herbicides, and fungicides. There it functions to bind iron and calcium cations that are present in both well water and plant cells. It is particularly effective as an adjuvant for 2,4-D (amine), glyphosate and glufosinate herbicides.

Ferrite Magnet is manufactured from oxide material by powder metallurgical process. Its advantages include: low-cost excellent corrosion resistance, resistance to be demagnetized etc. The normal working temperature of Ferrite Magnet is between-40C and +250C.It can be magnetized before or after assembling. Generally, Ferrite Magnet can be machined to regular shapes like segments, blocks, rings and discs etc. The normal grades for sintered Ferrite Magnets are Y10,TY25, Y30, Y30BH, Y35, etc. Advantages of Ferrite Magnet: Ferrites have isotropic characteristics, weak magnetic performance, has the same magnetic performance in any direction, multipolar magnetic charge. The main raw material of ferrite is oxides, so it is not corroded by high temperature, high humidity or chemicals (except strong acid and base); with excellent diamagnetic impedance, no flux loss before and after assembly and magnetic charging; working temperature is-40C to + 250C, poor temperature coefficient; Br temperature coefficient is-0.2% /C, 0.2% under Br, etc. per 1 Cincrease; high hardness, wire cutting and grinding; ferrite is brittle and fragile during production and transportation. magnetic requirements and good for strict working environment requirement.
Yellow Lemon : Lemon is one of the most medicinal fruits. Because it is rich in vitamin C, citric acid, malic acid, high amounts of sodium and low levels of potassium, the human body is very useful. In addition to weight loss to acne, the bronchitis, rhinitis, pharyngitis, urinary infection, conjunctivitis and so have a good therapeutic effect. Lemon taste pleasant, direct consumption can add the body of water and vitamin C. Because it is low in calories, and has a strong contraction, it is conducive to reducing fat, is a weight loss medicine.
