Square swing screen adopts hanging structure, which is a high-efficiency screening equipment with high precision and large output. Working principle� of square� swing screen
From the perspective of the trajectory of the sieve body, that is, the sieve movement of the sieve box, the square type swing screen is also called the reciprocating screen. The vibration force generated by the driving device is an inertial force that changes in a certain direction around the axis and the direction is eccentric. The reciprocating inertial force formed by the rotation of the fixed axis.
According to the structural characteristics and working principle of the square swing screen, the screen surface is generally horizontal or slightly inclined (inclination angle is 0�°~5�°). The working principle of the square swing screen is that after the sieve machine is started, the sieve shaker, that is, the sieve box, reciprocates back and forth under the action of inertial force, and the sieve box drives the sieve surface to periodically shake, so that the material on the sieve surface is matched with the sieve box. The plane rotary motion is used together. During this period, the material smaller than the aperture of the sieve surface falls through the sieve hole to the lower layer, and becomes the undersize material. The material larger than the aperture of the sieve surface is discharged from the discharge opening after continuous rolling and jumping movement, and finally the screening work is completed.

Application of square swing screen:
Widely used in chemical and new materials, metallurgy, metal powder, mineral powder, food, salt, sugar, abrasives, feed and other industries. The rotary motion of the exciter is transmitted to the screen surface through the square rotary screen, so that the material is rapidly dispersed in the front part of the sieve machine, thereby achieving efficient screening.

Our LCD/LED Panels have been thoroughly tested to ensure they are able to be reused or remanufactured. After our testing process, we sort and package by size of the screen (15", 17", 19"-21" Regular, 19"-21" Widescreen & 22" and Larger Widescreen). Our packaging department is able to package the panels in bulk boxes or for additional charges we can use custom packaging if required. We typically sell our loads as mixed size panels, but we are also capable of selling custom loads with select sizes and quantities as inventory becomes available.
