Some time ago, the customer complained that the hydraulic pump was damaged due to the sudden increase of hydraulic system pressure. Stephen communicated with the original hydraulic check valve manufacturer and the manufacturer replaced the hydraulic check valve with a new one, but 3 months later, the same problem came again. The customer was very dissatisfied that this delayed the construction and needed the problem solved at one time. Stephen went back to AAK and asked about the price of the hydraulic check valve. He needed us to maintain the quotation offered last year. I asked Stephen why he went back to AAK to purchase the hydraulic check valve. He told that since the first complaint from the customer, their engineers retested the original hydraulic check valve samples. The hardness of AAK sample was the highest, and the material hardness of each part of the hydraulic check valve was no less than HRC65. I know why their hydraulic check valve went on strike in 3 months. When we made the sample, we knew that the working pressure was more than 450bar, which was a challenge for the hydraulic check valve. The material hardness of each part of the hydraulic check valve is required to reach more than HRC65. There may be no more than 5 hydraulic valve manufacturers that can reach this level in Ningbo. Stephen wondered why the material hardness of each part of AAK hydraulic check valve can be over HRC65? 1. Material selection is the core. AAK adopts 20CrNi2MoV high carburizing bearing steel imported from Germany for this hydraulic check valve. 2. Heat treatment is the key. Through secondary quenching + cryogenic treatment + low-temperature tempering process, it is cooled to 650 ~ 700 and put into the furnace. After cooling to 450 ~ 500 , it is discharged from the furnace. The micro hardness is 237 ~ 247 HV. 3. In the later stage, point-to-point testing is the key. SonoDur3, a Rockwell hardness tester imported from Germany, adopts the UCI hardness test method, and the test program is fast and mobile to carry out nondestructive testing on the hardness of each component of the hydraulic check valve efficiently and accurately.
Duden is from Lukas hydraulic equipment company in Germany. We have cooperated for more than 2 years on hydraulic check valves and hydraulic throttle valves. The order volume is small each time, but the parameter requirements are very high. AAK never despised it because of the small order quantity of the hydraulic check valves or hydraulic throttle valves. At the end of last year, their company developed a new hydraulic unit. Due to time constraints, Duden purchased hydraulic check valves and hydraulic throttle valves from local hydraulic valve manufacturers in Germany. The technicians found the original design defects after installing the integrated valve into the equipment. The position of the hydraulic throttle valve next to the hydraulic check valve is high, accounting for a little position of the motor, which makes it difficult to install the motor. Lukas engineers are a little depressed. If the position of the hydraulic throttle valve is changed, the whole oil circuit layout needs to be changed, but the power supply of the hydraulic system will be affected after changing the oil circuit. What is more troublesome is that there is not much time to redesign and proofing. The Engineers asked Duden to contact some local hydraulic valve manufacturers to check if the design size of the hydraulic throttle valve could be slightly adjusted so that the motor could be installed. Duden checked with several local hydraulic valve manufacturers, all of them were not willing to make samples because of small quantity of the hydraulic throttle valves. Duden tried to purchase small-size hydraulic throttle valves from China to solve the installation problem of the motor. Some Chinese hydraulic valve manufacturers said that they could make samples according to the requested size of their hydraulic throttle valves, but the time needed was more than 30 days. Duden couldn't accept this time and was more worried about the quality of hydraulic throttle valves from these factories. Duden sent an email to AAK asking if we could make several samples of hydraulic throttle valves in 5 days. In the past, the sample time gave by Duden was usually flexible with more than 2 weeks. After asking, I learned that their designers are facing embarrassment. It is also too tight for us to make several hydraulic throttle valves in only 5 days. I suggest Duden give us the overall layout of the integrated valve block. Maybe our engineer has a solution. According to the hydraulic schematic diagram provided by Duden and the specific use of the hydraulic integrated valve block, AAK engineers analyzed it step by step. Finally, it was found that if the hydraulic throttle valve and the hydraulic check valve were designed in parallel, the functions of the two valves were combined to form a hydraulic throttle check valve, which was installed at the position of the hydraulic check valve, and the installation hole of the hydraulic
