It is one the main process equipment of oil drilling operation. F1600 electric pump unit is consist of mud pump, DC motor, small base, big base, belt transmission system, spray system, pressure relief manifold and charging system etc. DC motor is installed on independent skid, and fixed integrally on the big base behind the F1600 pump. Motor power is transmitted to mud pump from input shaft by belt, then drive the mud pump. Small base is equipped with a regulating screw, which can adjust the elasticity of belt. The matching electric spray pump is used to cool hydraulic end piston, cylinder liner, thus to make sure they work properly. API Standard F1600 pump unit meets the requirements of API 7K drilling and wellhead equipment operation specifications and SY/ T5138 standards.
