Chrome lignosulfonate is one special kind of lignosulfonate that used as drilling mud thinner . It can resist high temperature and salt; also can easily used with other mixture together. It is mainly suitable to drilling deep well on the condition of complex geology and high mineralization . A. Characteristics 1. Aiti-high temperature. The resistance to high temperature can reach 150to160, and the performance of mud can stay the same during the 16 hours. 2. Anti-salt. The performance of 2% salt water mud is better than fcls (ferrochrome lignosulfonate). 3. Dilution .The dilution rate is better than fcls when used in the same mud. 4.It is suitable to all kinds of dispersed mud due to the excellent thinning property and powerful anti-electrolytes. B. Application: Chrome lignosulfonate can be added into drilling fluid in the form of aqueous solution or powder. To adjust ph to 10.0~10.5, the recommended dosage of thinner should be 0.5~1.0%(w/v).
Fcls products is produced in new technology innovation according to the enterprise standard (q/mhlhg15-2013) . The performance is similar to the conventional fcls, but because of its low cost of production, the price is also reduced correspondingly, through which we can better serve our customers. A. Characteristics 1, fcls is suitable to all kinds of dispersed mud, due to the excellent thinning property and powerful anti-electrolytes capacity 2. Be effective at temperature more than 150~160. It can be better effective when cooperating with lignite derivatives. B. Application Fcls may be added into drilling fluids in the form of aqueous solution or powder. To adjust ph index to 9.5~10.5, the quantity of thinner should be 0.5~1.0 %. C. Package The net weight of each bag is 25kg. With paper-plastic complex valve bag
MH-I chrome-free lignosulfonate is a thinner used in drilling fluid and fluid loss control agent. It is characterized by resistance to high temperature and electrolyte, no poison and being used with other admixture agent etc. It is mainly suitable to the all kinds of dispersed muds. A . Characteristics 1.With excellent thinning performance and filtration control capacity , the mud performance of fresh water is better than salt water mud. 2. Anti-high temperature can reach 150 , , it can cooperate with other admixture agent. 3. It's a security product, non toxic, non corrosive, non flammable and explosive materials. It`s safe to use and causes no pollution to the environment. B . Application: 1.Mh-i chrome-free thinner can be added into drilling fluids either in the form of solution or powder. After that, the ph of drilling fluids will decrease a little, so sodium hydroxide should be added to keep ph between 10.0~10.5. 2.As a thinner , the recommended dosage is 1.0%(w/v) in fresh water mud , 1.5%(w/v) in salt water mud
MH-Ianti-high temperature chrome-free lignosulfonate is a thinner used in drilling fluid and fluid loss control agent. It is characterized by resistance to high temperature and electrolyte, no poison and being used with other admixture agent etc. It is mainly suitable to the all kinds of dispersed muds. 1>. Characteristics 1. With excellent thinning performance and filtrate reduction property . 2. Anti-high temperature can reach 200, it can cooperate with other admixture agent. 3.It' a security product, non toxic, non corrosive, non flammable and non explosive materials. It`s safe to use and causes no pollution to the environment. . Application: 1. MH-I chrome-free thinner can be added into drilling fluids either in the form of solution or powder. After that, the ph of drilling fluids will decrease a little, so sodium hydroxide should be added to keep ph between 10.0~10.5. 2. As a thinner , the recommended dosage is 1.0%(w/v) in fresh water mud , 1.5%(w/v) in salt water mud . 3. 25kg/bag with paper-plastic compound bag and valve bag.

Vanadium(V) shares properties with its source material. Vanadium is a chemical element with symbol V and atomic number 23. It is a hard, silvery-grey, ductile, malleable transition metal. The elemental metal is rarely found in nature, but once isolated artificially, the formation of an oxide layer (passivation) somewhat stabilizes the free metal against further oxidation Vanadium is electrically conductive and thermally insulating, and itâ??s harder than most metals and steel. It has good resistance to erosion and it is stable against alkalis and sulfuric and hydrochloric acids. It is oxidized in air at about 933 K(660 °C, 1220 °F), although an oxide passivation layer forms even at room temperature. contact us for info
