HF Series is an single stage end- suction horizontal chemical centrifugal pump. it is in accordance with international standards ISO2858 and non-metallic Horizontal type pump technology combined with design and manufacturing. Pump body metal shell processing dovetail groove lined with FEP (F46), pump cover, impeller and the sleeve are embedded pieces of metal sintering suppression of the overall outsourcing of fluorine plastic. There are made of HT200 cast iron lining with Teflon PTFE / PEP(F46)/ PFA , impeller made by WCB wrapped by PTFE / PEP(F46)/ PFA, which grantee this type centrifugal pump could widely used in corrosive application and wear well. Mechanical seal is outside seal, stationary seal is alumina ceramic ( 99.9%)(or silicon nitride ,silicon carbide) , rotating seal is PTFE filling material or according to customer request.
