If your raw materials are wood logs, then the wood pellet making line should start from wood chipper machine which is used to crush wood logs into wood chips. If wood chips moisture is higher than 20%, then a rotary drum dryer machine should be used.
For a rotary drum dryer machine, we normally suggest customer suitable model depend on its initial moisture, end moisture and hourly capacity in the complete wood pellet line you want.
As we know, wood chips can not be put into pellet machine directly, it should be crushed into wood sawdust first befor coming into the dryer machine. For hammer mill, we have single shaft hammer mill and dual shaft hammer mill for your choose.
