12 Month CIF Production SOP:
1. Buyer submits loi and then seller shall send buyer the draft sales and purchase agreement (spa).
2. Buyer shall duly sign each page and company seal the sales and purchase agreement and return to seller.
3. Seller shall duly sign each page and company seal the sales and purchase agreement and return to buyer.
4. The electronic version of sales and purchase agreement when signed by buyer and seller is operable.
5. Upon signature of spa, buyer will instruct his bank to issue an irrevocable transferable revolving divisible standby letter of credit with payment for each shipment by mt103 against shipping documents. same procedures will apply to the contract month by month.
6. The buyer reserves the right to witness the loading of the vessel at the loading port at the buyers sole expense.Ã?Â
7. Upon receiving shipping documents buyer will instruct his bank to credit seller's bank for the full amount of the shipment or send the complete payment by mt 103 or equivalent for the amount of shipment once shipping documents are presented to the buyer's bank by the seller's bank and the buyer after issuance of all shipping documents at loading port.
8. Following months will be the same process.

2) Payment is made at port of loading after SGS and inspection is completed.

The latest sugar croup shall be extracted from sound, unfermented sugar cane. Sugar shall be clean and free from any foreign matter , taste or odour and shall have the sweet taste characteristic of white sugar whether dry or in solution.
. Packing:
Fifty (50) KG bags/seaworthy/new polopropylene (PP) with poloethene (PE) liner with two 2% precent extra bags. The bags have a combined tare of one hundred grams (100g) and are sufficient to ensure the safe arrival of product to destination. The bags are stacked on pallets or in slings suitable for ocean travel. Markings in English lanagueincicating: name and grade of product/use-by date and crop year/net weight/code marks/country of origin
Our main supply source is Brazil. The highest quantity and quality of sugar is produced here. We work directly with refineries in Brazil.
The qualities we can supply include Icumsa 45, 150, 200 , 600/1200. Minimum quantity is 25,000 MT, no maximum limits.
Below are some general guidelines on ICUMSA ratings, based on the Brazilian system :
ICUMSA 45 - White Refined Granulated Sugar: The most highly refined form of sugar. This sugar has a sparkling white color, and is the type most often sold direct to consumers in the form of sugar cubes, bags of sugar, and in sugar sachets
ICUMSA 100 150Â - Extra Special White Crystal Sugar: Considered food grade sugar, this sugar is often used in large scale baking, drinks making, or the production of other food stuffs.
ICUMSA 200Â - Special White Crystal Sugar: Food grade sugar suitable for less demanding applications where appearance is not integral to the function of the sugar.
ICUMSA 600-800Â - Consumable Brown Sugar: This sugar is consumable by humans, and is generally regarded as being very tasty on porridge.
Any sugar above ICUMSA 800 is not suitable for humans however, and needs to undergo further refining to remove bacteria and other contaminants.
ICUMSA 800-1200Â - Very High Polarization (VHP) Sugar.
ICUMSA 1600 2000 - Raw Sugar: Suitable for further refining, and in some areas of the world may be incorporated into foodstuffs or beauty products.
