When you open the individually boxed pieces you will find each piece has a gleaming 18/10 stainless steel cooking surface, aluminum core and spectacular heavy gauge copper exterior. The three layers are perfectly laminated to give the cookware a thick 2.5mm base, commonly seen in popular high-end brands, often 3-4 times more expensive.
