4. TOTAL QUANTITY:
Ten Thousand (10 ,000) Metric tons as the first trial sale , thereafter the successful delivery,
the Seller will continue with subsequent monthly deliveries of Twenty Thousand Metric Tons
monthly for a duration of 24 months.
5. TERMS OF DELIVERY:
CIF, port of choice.
6 . PRICE:
LME minus 10% per Metric Ton
7 . PAYMENT:
The first/trial lift will be transacted via 100% Irrevocable Confirmed non - transferable Stand -
By Letter of Credit payable at the Destination Port.
8. INSPECTION:
Done by SGS and/or any International Assayer at both the Loading Port and
Discharge/Destination Port
