Sesame Drying Machine Used to remove the water in the sesame water mixture after the sesame is washed. 250 kg per batch, duration 15-20 min. Speed: 850 RPM, Motor 5.5 KW Foot pedal brake. Standard size: 120 cm diameter. All food contact surfaces are 304 stainless steels.
Used to roast dehulled sesame seeds. Heat source can be LPG (propane, butane, their mixture), natural gas, fuel oil, diesel, wood, and any other fuel. Default is LPG. Industrial type LPG burner is mounted at the bottom of the rotating drum. Roasting when the drum rotates in clockwise direction and unloading at counter-clockwise direction. Capacity: 300 kg per batch, batch duration is 2.5 hours. Speed of drum: 19 RPM, by a motor of 2.2 KW 304 stainless steel sheet metal covered and insulation on the walls.
Used to grind the sesame seeds to produce tahini. Standard mill has 3 stones and has a capacity of 300 kg/hr. Mill with a capacity from 200 kg/hr to 500 kg/hr can be made. Standard mill has one primary stone rotating around the horizontal axis and two finishing stones rotating around the vertical axis. All stones are of same diameters; each 18 cm diameter. Upon request, bigger diameter stones can be mounted.
Used to boil and mix sugar and saponaria mixture before mixing it with tahini to make halva. Industrial type LPG burners are mounted at the bottom of the the tanks. Standard Double Halva Cooker and Single Halva Cookers have capacities of 100 kg and 150 kg of mixtures per batch, relatively, at a duration of 45 minutes. These corresponds to 200 kg and 300 kg of halva capacities after mixing with the tahini.
