Abrasion resistance is very high. Compared to standard drawing bronze, has 2 times longer life. It also has high metal removal capability. Easier to process. Cupral 12 Areas of Application: Form rollers in the manufacture of pipes, Induction welding in pipe manufacturing reels, Deep drawing dies, Used as moulding material in the manufacture of all stainless steel kitchen utensils like sinks, pots, kettles etc. Heat Treatment :If intensive processing, stress relief is recommended for 4 hours at 300 °C.
Medium hardness, mostly used Aluminium Bronze for all applications requiring wear resistance, fatigue resistance together with ductility, toughness and good sliding properties. Cupral 2 Areas of Application: Bearings, bushings, gears, worm wheels, sleeves, guides, wear plates, screw nuts, slippers, wedges, skids, valve seats and guides, gibs and slides Code: -2.0936, CuAl10Fe3Mn, UNS No: C62400 Heat Treatment : It is not necessary. If there is intensive processing, stress relief at 380 °C for 3 hours is recommended.
Good mechanical properties at high temperatures combined with corrosion resistance. Cupral 4M (CuAl10Ni5Fe4) Areas of Application: Bending dies (shoes, wiper dies and mandrels) for the tube bending industry, wear and guide plates, aircraft landing gear bearings and bushings, gear wheels. Code: UNS No: 63020 CuAl10Ni5Fe4 - 2.0966 Heat Treatment: If intensive processing, stress relief 380 C for 4 hours is recommended.

Cupral 5M Areas of Application: Used in the pipe industry; Bending and correction components (spoons and mandrels) Wear resistant machine parts, Aircraft landing gear materials, Heat Treatment: Cupral 5M's heat treatment is applied under a special process patented by our company.
Cupral 10 is the hardest aluminium bronze. It has good friction properties with an utmost hardness and excellent compressive strength. Very brittle. Machining should be done carefully. Cupral 10® Areas of Application: Deep-drawing dies of stainless steel, tube and pipe forming and welding rolls. Cupral 10® Heat Treatment:Not necessary. If there is intensive machining, 4 hours stress relieving at 380°C is recommended.
